The company works in the field of heat supply, we are looking for a responsible and experienced specialist for the position of "Payroll accountant - personnel officer". Your work will be related to payroll accounting and personnel affairs (50-70 employees).

Working conditions: part-time, part-time, work in a comfortable office 1-2 days a week, the rest of the days — remotely (in general, remote work is not suitable).

Responsibilities:

• Calculation of employees' wages in accordance with established norms and rules;< /li>
• Maintenance of personnel documentation, including employment contracts, orders, appendices to employment contracts, personal files, etc.;
• Keep records of vacations, compliance with the schedule of annual vacations, records of data on the disabled,
• Preparation of reports for the tax inspectorate and other competent authorities;
• Resolving issues related to social benefits (infrequently)

Requirements:

• Secondary-specialized or higher education;
• Experience of working as an accountant in the area of ​​wages and personnel (hourly wages, night, overtime) for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of labor, tax and social security legislation;
