We are strengthening the finance team in one of the areas of business, namely the company's IT, and therefore we are looking for a Payroll accountant.

Your tasks in the position:

• Reconciliation of the time sheet with data from the personnel department and FSS in the accounting system. premiums, insurance, sick leave, vacation, travel expenses.
• Creation of salary payment information, control of filling in data on the project's contract of employment in the Client-Bank system.
• Preparation of information for the compilation of consolidated reporting.
• Compilation of reports for management accounting of contract of employment.
• Formation and processing of certificates at the request of employees.
• Performing calculation upon dismissal of employees and transfer of data for payment (creation of a register of allocations and payment information in the CB). 

Our requirements:

• From 3 relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting features and legislation in terms of salary, bonuses, sick pay, settlement upon dismissal, insurance, vacation pay.
• Practical experience of drawing up Consolidated Reporting
• Above average MS Office proficiency, knowledge of Excel is a must have for us.
