Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each 🐶🐈As Product Owner for Payment you will be part of the Checkout and Account team that is thriving to deliver compelling, fast and easy-to-use end-to-end experiences that will convert our visitors to customers. In this role, you are the driving force behind product innovation in our Payment products: identifying and implementing new local payment methods across all European markets, continuously improving the cashier flows as well as reducing client and financial impact from legal risks and fraud. When it comes to checkout, we want to take all the pain points away and make it as frictionless as possible for our customers.Requirements:A strong payments background where you can clearly point to success metrics to show growth achievedYou will have experience with developing and delivering Payments Products within eCommerce and Retail optimising e2e payment journeys3-4 years plus in a payment role where you have lead the ambition and roadmapAble to work independently, be proactive and collaborative with internal and external stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail and have a good understanding of data analysisClear communication skills turning complex data into easy to understand messaging to stakeholdersStrong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills (English mandatory)Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the payments across online channels, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer payments experienceYou will be an expert in what good looks like across the payments industry (including payments compliance, regulatory requirements etc), allowing you to work with stakeholders to define and own the roadmap for your areaThe role is cross functional – you will work with all parts of the company to land new features and payment capabilities for our customersYou will build strong relationships and engage collaboratively across different business functions, internally and externallyYou will define, monitor, and analyse key payments product metrics and feedback learnings into the product development process to deliver iterative product developmentsAs a member of client's product community, you will help to drive a positive approach to getting things done with an agile mindsetWhy this position:We're looking for a Strategic Product Owner who goes above and beyond than simply just delivering features.
