Together wemove the world ofiGaming forward— join!About your key responsibilities and impact:— Leading and managing the planning, execution, and closing ofprojects within scope and timeline constraints;— Collaborating with cross-functional teams todefine project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;— Developing and maintaining project plans, and schedules;— Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring successful project delivery;— Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders;— Monitoring and reporting onproject progress, ensuring that milestones are met;— Evaluating and optimizing project processes toenhance efficiency and effectiveness;— Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices;— Providing regular project updates tosenior management and stakeholders.Essential professional experience:— 2+years ofIT project management (running development projects and teams inthe role ofProject Manager) and understanding ofIT processes (Change Management, Release management, and others);— Proven ability tomanage teams of10+people and deliver multiple projects;— Advanced skills inusing project support/monitoring tools such asJIRA and Confluence;— Hands-on experience inAgile/Scrum/Kanban;— Passion for building anefficient, reliable, managed and motivated team;— Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving competency;— Strong partnership with Product Owners and Dev/QA leads;— Intermediate+ English level.
