Payment manager in Sinhronik, TOV

Synchronic is an outsourcing IT company that implements the full cycle of online project implementation, from the idea stage to the promotion of the finished product.

We are looking for an active and ambitious Payment manager ready to join our team.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
• Experience in anti-fraud or e-commerce would be an advantage;
• Attention, responsibility;
• Desirable knowledge of the English language;
• Work experience with a large amount of information.

Responsibilities:

• Checking payment requests, prompt response;
• Log analysis, finding discrepancies;< /li>
• Customer identification;
• Close communication with technical support on payment problems and questions clients;
• Reporting preparation.
