Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;

Responsibilities:
- Checking payment requests, prompt response;
- Log analysis, finding discrepancies;< /li>
- Customer identification;
- Close communication with technical support on payment problems and questions clients;
- Reporting preparation.
