PATIENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR (patient survey) proficient in English. strong>

What to do:

• interview patients according to established lists of questions at various stages of their treatment with our medications
• enter the results of communication into our medical program
• advise patients regarding the correct use of medications, and remind them of prescription changes (dosage, schedule, etc.)

Who we are looking for:

• Conversational English at level B2 and above
• Confident PC user and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Propensity for oral and written communication
• Strong focus on providing the highest quality service (customer-oriented), solving customer problems and helping them
• Ability to work with different types of people
• Ability to work with information, accuracy and attentiveness
• No or limited work experience is normal if all other requirements are met.

• consult patients on the proper usage of medicines and remind them of prescription details (dosage, schedule, etc.)

Who we are looking for:

• Spoken English at B2 level and above
• Confident PC user and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Aptitude for oral and written communication
• Strong focus on delivering the highest quality service (customer orientation), solving customer problems and providing assistance
• Ability to work with different types of people
• Ability to work with information, accuracy and attentiveness
• Limited work experience is fine as well as all other requirements are met.
