Specialist in passenger transport in Silpo

Administrative office of the "Silpo" network invites Analytics to its team Department of Passenger Transport and Traffic Safety!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Management contractual relations (introduction, approval of contracts and additional agreements).
• Control of fuel processes: cards, limits, invoices, business trips, checks, write-offs.
• Planning the work of drivers.
• Interaction with taxis (accounts, reporting, payments, calls).
• Support of fuel card owners (registration, communication).
• Budgeting: quarterly, annual PMM planning, auto.
• Consolidation of payment invoices, uploading of electronic documents by auto.
• Management of the PMM dashboard development process.

For work you will need:

• Higher education.
• Work experience from 1 year in large system companies on similar positions.
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting programs and write-off of PMM - would be an advantage
