The Partnership Manager will beapivotal member ofour team, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing aglobal network ofresellers and partners. The successful candidate will beinstrumental inensuring that our partners are fully equipped and motivated toachieve their sales targets, while nurturing key global partnerships toensure mutual growth and success.You will beresponsible for establishing partnerships with eCommerce agencies and Solution Providers tocollaborate onprojects orwork together under awhite-label arrangement orreferral agreement. You will have the freedom tochoose your communication approach, tool set, and methods. You will work alongside adata researcher who will identify and qualify new partnership opportunities for you topursue.You will beresponsible forPartner Acquisition &Onboarding: Identify potential resellers and strategic partners aligned with our brand and product suite.Actively prospect and engage potential partners using outreach strategies such ascold calling, email, and social selling.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms aligned with company objectives.Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our products, services, and sales expectations.Partner Management &Performance: Conduct regular check-ins with partners toensure satisfaction inour collaboration.Develop and implement onboarding training sessions and materials toequip resellers for success.Regularly review the performance metrics ofpartners, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when required. Facilitate communication between our internal teams and partners toaddress any concerns orissues. Organize and lead regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) toensure partners are meeting their sales targets and KPIs. Implement incentive programs tomotivate and reward high-performing resellers.Key Partnership Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global partners, ensuring they receive exceptional support and attention. Collaborate with key partners toco-create joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
