International Salvation Committee (IRC) responds to the worst humanitarian crises in the world and helps people whose lives and livelihoods are destroyed by conflicts and catastrophes, survive, recover and get control over their lives. Founded in 1933, at the request of Albert Einstein, IRC works with people forced to flee from war, conflicts and catastrophes, and host communities that support them, as well as with those who remain in their homes and communities. Working today in more than 40 countries and 22 cities in the United States, we improve results in areas such as health care, safety, economic well -being, education and energy. Given the inequality that women and girls face, IRC seeks to reduce gender inequality and to provide social integration of all vulnerable groups into broader politicians, processes and actions that affect their lives. 

IRC Ukraine was created after the conflict began in 2022. Currently, the program has regional offices in Kharkiv, Dnipro and Odessa, as well as a headquarters in Kiev to support programming within Ukraine.  Local and national organizations have been and will remain in advanced humanitarian response in Ukraine, playing a critical role in achieving vulnerable communities in inaccessible areas. Currently, the IRC Ukraine partner portfolio has 16 local organizations that are not served with priority, where the needs are largest, and there is no infrastructure for public service. In order to response to the local level, IRC Ukraine is working on deepening existing partnerships and building new relations with local organizations by strengthening cooperation between international non -governmental organizations, local governments and civil society to reduce duplication of efforts and achieve better results for people. In addition to raising and strengthening local potential and systems based on local entities priorities in issues such as gender equality, customer response and customer responsibility, targeted support will provide longer results of projects implemented in Ukraine. Co -use of potential and strengthening efforts contribute to changes in politics and systems, as well as help improve services and results to achieve sustainable influence. Partnership coordinator and is responsible for supporting the program in Ukraine in the management and supervision of partnerships. The partnership coordinator will technically control the managers of partnerships and/or senior officers, providing management and support on the field of partnership with field coordinators. Required:
