Partner Success Manager, IT Club Loyalty in Lviv IT Cluster

We are growing and expanding. In this regard, we are looking for an ambitious specialist who will become part of our IT Club Loyalty team. Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in customer or partner support;

• Has problem-solving skills conflicts;

• Responsible , able to quickly learn and work with large amounts of information;

• Able to meet strict deadlines and is quality-oriented;

• Attentive to details;

• Has strong communication skills;

• Proficient in English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher;

Would be a great advantage:

• Experience with CRM systems, in particular PipeDrive;

• Higher education in the field of marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for the loyalty program hotline;

• Communication via phone, e-mail and Telegram;

• Processing reviews in the IT Club Loyalty mobile application;

• Review and processing of applications received through the IT Club Loyalty website;

• Collection and analysis of suggestions from users and partners in order to improve the loyalty program;

• Establishing partnership relations (as a development perspective).
