The leading global provider of social video analytics to advertisers, platforms and publishers is looking for a remote Partner&Platform Support Coordinator speaking English.

We have developed technology and data-driven solutions that give advertisers more control over where their ads are running. In the US, we have developed English content standards for advertisers and brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the distribution of Salesforce cases as part of Partner Support Portal
  • Salesforce case submission for Partner driven campaigns
  • Assist with campaign set up and tagging creation
  • Creating & submitting tickets through internal ticketing systems (Jira, Confluence, Monday)
  • Create and schedule distribution of reports
  • Assist in troubleshooting inquiries brought to the Partner&Platform team’s attention
  • Update internal documentation

Requirements:

  • English (B2-C1)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday, Salesforce
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel
  • Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive «can-do» approach
  • Excellent time management and proactivity skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Working conditions:

  • Remote job (home office)
  • Working full time (6 hours per day / 30 hours per week)
  • Working hours: 4:00 pm — 10:00 pm (Kyiv time)

Ми розробили технологію та рішення на основі даних, які дають рекламодавцям більше контролю над тим, де показуються їхні оголошення. У США ми розробили стандарти вмісту англійською мовою для рекламодавців і брендів.

Основні обов’язки:

  • Керування розподілом кейсів в системі Salesforce як частина Порталу підтримки партнерів (буде надано посібник/дdocumentation)
  • Submission of cases in the Salesforce system for partner campaigns
  • Help in setting up the campaign and creating tags
  • Creating and sending tickets through internal ticket systems (Jira, Confluence, Monday)
  • Create and plan distribution of reports
  • Assist in solving queries brought to the attention of the Partner&Platform team
  • Internal documentation update

Requirements:

  • English (B2-C1)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence, Monday, Salesforce
  • Organized, attention to detail, striving for perfection and positive approach to tasks
  • Excellent time management and proactivity

Terms works:

  • Remote work (home office)
