Currently, we are looking for a lawyer to join Diia.City United (DCU or the Association), the dynamic hub where Ukrainian IT and tech businesses come together to drive innovation. The DCU’s members, residents of Diia.City, are dedicated to propelling the potential of the Ukrainian IT business, creating a thriving ecosystem for global expansion. Our community includes industry leaders like Ajax, Genesis, MacPaw, Monobank, Netpeak, Roosh, and other trailblazing tech companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• General support of the Legal counsel of the Association on various corporate, contract and regulatory matters;
• Drafting project of policies, legal agreements, policy papers, corporate governance resolutions and other documents, helping to oversee the legal and regulatory process;
• Assisting with preparation of overviews and presentations on various regulatory and legislative issues;
• Analysis of legislative and regulatory acts, position papers, staying updated on legislative development affecting the Association and special Diia.City economic regime as well as permanent monitoring of the legislation;
• Other work assignments on legal and legislation matters.

Qualifications :

• 1–2 years of experience in leading law firms or Ukrainian/international businesses in the fields of corporate, tax, regulatory law;
• Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university;
• Understanding of Diia.City regime and legislation is an advantage;
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, time management, and analysis;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, B-1 level in English.
