Who we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the Polish language (from B2 and above; written and spoken);
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user;
- Ability to find an approach to different people;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Communicability and flexibility.
What is needed do:
-Customer retention/return work:make direct sales through outbound calls;
- work with objections/complaints and work with customer problems;
- communication with the client base by means of phone calls
>writing reports form;
- tracking the state of your client base and the implementation of the KPI plan.
