Functional duties:
- Analysis, optimization and documentation of organizational regulations development;
- Conducting a functional analysis of units for a clear distribution ofareas of responsibility.
- Participation in organizational change and transformation projects.
- Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management regarding organizational decisions.
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy, staff performance evaluation systems.
- Development, updating and coordination of job instructions, regulations on units, regulations and procedures.
- Cooperation with unit managers on updating functional responsibilities and team structure.
- Systematization.
- Maintenance of procedures (amendments to documents).
- Formation of knowledge base.
- Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions.
- Observation of policies.
- Formation of documents.
