Austrian outsourcing companyMSV Multicall invites experts in German and Polish to its team in the Lviv office languages ​​for working in the direction of processing complaints for our customer, a well-known Polish furniture manufacturer.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in German and Polish at the B2 level.
• Ability to use a computer effectively and quickly learn new programs and services.
• Responsibility, friendliness and sociability.
• Willingness to work in a team.

We offer:

• Remote work or on request in the office in Lviv.
• Full or part-time employment with Monday through Friday (Saturday-Sunday off).
• Stable and timely salary (35,000-40,000 UAH, fixed rate, regardless of the number of hours worked orders!).
• Paid trial period.
• Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 00 (8-hour working day with a lunch break), Sat.-Sun. - weekend.
• Polish language courses for improving language skills and for "conversation".

What should be done?

• Front Desk support related to orders.
• Respond to direct inquiries from stores/warehouses (post office, telephone).
• Provide customers (customer companies) with feedback and the necessary information regarding the order, or immediately (if the data is sufficient), or after clarifying the case internally with the back office.
• Initiate contact with relevant stores or warehouses to clarify and settle each individual case.
