Manager for processing orders (Instagram / TikTok) + creating layouts

We are engaged in the production of paintings on canvas from photos and are looking for a responsible manager to work with orders.

Responsibilities:

-receiving orders from Instagram and TikTok

- communicating with customers in direct mail

- forming orders in the Telegram group:

- uploading the client's photo and improving the image quality through a special application

- preparation of photo layouts for printing

- sending a photo of the finished work to the client

- control of payment

- control of the execution and sending of the order to the client

Requirements:

- attentiveness and responsibility

- ability to communicate with customers

- basic skills of working with photos (preparation of layouts)

- confident use Instagram, TikTok, Telegram

- preferably basic skills of working with graphic editors

Working conditions:

remote work

work with online orders

training at the beginning of work

Salary:

12,000 UAH rate

+15 UAH for each mockup made
