Your main responsibilities:
- consult and help our Clients at all stages of the parcel's movement in formats: phone calls, chats, mail requests;
- communicate with related departments on issues related to delivery, redemption and provision of other Company services;
- observe customer service standards.
You is our ideal candidate if:
- you learn quickly, at the adaptation stage a professional trainer will work with you, who will teach you all the subtleties of logistics and service;
- you have good communication skills and are able to identify client needs;
- can work with several sources of information at the same time (chat + phone);
- experience working in a contact center will be an advantage;
- confidently use a PC.
