The company "Shevchuk I.O., FOP" is looking for an operator of online orders for the support service in the city of Kyiv for its team

Responsibilities:

• Accepting and processing orders through online platforms.

• Interacting with customers to clarify order details.

• Resolving technical issues customers.

• Virtual chat and phone call support.

Requirements:

• Experience in online sales or support is desirable.

• High typing speed and the ability to quickly respond to customer questions.

• Responsibility and the ability to work in a high-volume environment orders.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage.
