What we expect from you:

• Basic knowledge of PC and its components
• Experience in technical support or service ( will be a plus, but not required).
• Communication, ability to listen and empathize.
• Ability formulate thoughts quickly and clearly.

Your main tasks:

• Answer customer questions in chat and help them find solutions.
• Consult on diagnostics , repair and maintenance.
• Communicate with the technical team to quickly resolve complex situations.
• Record appeals and track their status.
