• Answer outgoing calls (60% of the working day: depends on current duties); also calls to representatives of insurance companies.
• Monitor missed payments and resolve financial issues problems;
• Disputing rejected claims;
• Providing excellent customer service for patients;
• Communicate effectively with managers.
