Operations Specialist (ID 380) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 

Requirements:

• Experience in operations management, business operations, process management or related roles.
• Experience describing and improving processes (as-is / to-be).
• Understanding how IT products and cross-functional teams work.
• Analytical thinking and communication skills - interaction with IT, finance, support, sales, etc.
• Confident user of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Jira, BI-systems or process automation tools.
• English - Strong Intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying operational risks and participating in the development of measures to minimize them.
• Implementation, support and testing of key operational controls processes.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of processes, preparing proposals for their improvement.
• Participation in the automation of processes and the implementation of new tools and systems.
• Coordination of interaction between functional divisions to ensure stable operational work.
• Preparation of operational reporting, analytics and presentations for management.
• Implementation of operational dashboards.
• Participation in maintaining and updating internal policies, procedures, regulations and work instructions.
• Maintaining the company's internal archive and active participation in the Paper Less project.
• Supporting changes and scaling processes as the business grows.
