We are currently looking for a proactive and initiative Operations Specialist, who will immerse himself in the internal processes of Solidgate in the direction of Risk Systems.

Your tasks will be:
- managing the process of adding and monitoring Bank Accounts to providers (Visa/Mastercard);
- testing the operation of connected MIDs;< br/>- detection and elimination of anomalies in the payment process;
- maintaining a database (CRM) of connected MIDs (status, filling);
- L1-L2 support and partial account management of our Merchants;
- active interaction with product teams: Analytics, Sales and Account Management;
- work with analytical requests from customers.

What we expect from you:
- studying in the field of "Applied Mathematics/Systems Analysis" or related specialties;
- 0.5+ years of experience in finance/data analytics/auditing;
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
- mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office.

Will be an advantage , if you:
- can work autonomously and productively at the same time;
- familiar with SQL;
- have experience with Tableau and databases.

Risk systems is a strategically important direction for the company, so you will have the opportunity to work with a really interesting and complex product, in particular, you will be able to test updates from Visa/Mastercard.
