Each film adaptation is a continuation of AlphaNovel's business, as we write scripts based on successful books on the platform. Currently, DramaShorts is in the stage of active scaling with positive unit economics. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will own the direction of Novels Supply and help increase operational efficiency and ice new initiatives in the Operations vertical. What challenges await:— Development and scaling of engagement channels writers on AlphaNovel Writer: B2C & B2B;— Building partnerships with top writers;— Ownership of initiatives at the intersection of product, operations, smm – content promotion, contests, work with exclusive content and new genres;— Finding and implementing initiatives to create additional values ​​for writers;— Interaction with legal, finance, marketing teams. What is important to us:— Professional experience in a dynamic business environment of two years or more;— Written English C1, spoken B2+;— “Get things done” attitude and a focus on results; — Experience in building and managing projects and processes; — Experience in negotiations and the ability to work. It will be a plus: — Experience in FMCG, Big4; — Love for literature and the publishing industry.
