Operations Manager (remote) in Konsol Studio

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will help ensure effective organization and optimization of the company's internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the company's daily operational processes.
• Ensuring optimal interaction between by departments (development, marketing, sales).
• Control over the execution of projects, management of resources and deadlines.
• Implementation of new tools and processes to improve work efficiency.
• Analysis and improvement of business processes, development of strategies for the growth of the company.
• Management of the operating department budget and cost optimization.
• Support and development of corporate culture.

• Experience as an operations manager or a similar role of at least 2 years.
• Experience in an IT or technology company would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum will be a plus).
• Analytical approach and ability to solve problems.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
