We have formed an experienced and well-coordinated team of robotics engineers, programmers and designers, which is expanding and looking for specialists in various fields, including operational manager who will manage the development of a product to improve the military infrastructure using advanced technologies.
We do not expect full compliance with all the requirements below, we welcome the desire and ability to learn new things. Given the specifics of the work, we are currently only considering candidates from Kyiv or those who have the opportunity to visit regularly for joint development and testing.

Requirements:
- Experience as a project/operational manager in production (preferably in the field of robotics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to organize work in a team and motivate her to achieve high results.
- Ability to make quick decisions and manage conflict situations.
- As a big plus: technical education or understanding of technical aspects of robotics.
What needs to be done:
- Manage the project from beginning to end (planning, control of the development of robotic systems, organization of robotics testing at the test site, etc.). li>
- Coordinate a team (10+ people): engineers, designers, testers.
- Control resources and deadlines, analyze risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
- Communicate effectively with by all process stakeholders.

- Flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday prison
- Vacation — 17 calendar days per year + sick leave. If you are a veteran, you can take additional paid leave (14 calendar days per year)
