Everled is an online store of auto accessories, we work all over Ukraine. 

The processes are mostly built, the team is compact, decisions are made quickly. We are looking for an operations manager - a person who keeps processes under control, works systematically and acts in anticipation, not "putting out fires".

Tasks:
* Support and administration of key operational processes • Control of operational accounting and data flow • Support of financial and document operations • Administration of client processes • Operational support of daily activities • Execution control and internal reporting
Requirements:
• experience in operations, logistics or warehouse
• systems thinking and attention to detail
• ability to work according to rules and instructions
• experience with CRM / spreadsheets / checklists
• stress resistance without conflict
