Staleva Lastivka Community is a young and ambitious civilian institution that unites people and resources for the development of innovations and systematic application of unmanned technologies in the Ukrainian military. We closely cooperate and contribute to the development of the capabilities of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Unmanned Systems Forces - the first in the world and a unique separate type of forces.  

We are looking for someone who shares our belief in unmanned systems as a "game changer" and will help develop and implement the organization's legal strategy, which will contribute to the achievement of the Organization's goals.

Qualification requirements:

  • Experience in a similar or related position for at least 2 years
  • Successful cases of debugging and optimization of operational processes
  • Experience document management and procurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily find a common language with different types of people
  • Ability effectively organize your own working time
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, effectively manage requests and your working time
  • Attention to details and the ability to work in multitasking conditions
  • Experience working in an environment with dynamic conditions and rapid changes will be an advantage
  • Skills in working with projects in different time frames and the ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently within the scope of authority

  • Basic knowledge of financial management and the ability to draw up budgets (if necessary)

Basic Areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • Operational support of the organization's daily activities
  • Maintenance and control of document flow
  • Preparation of internal reporting and monitoring of key indicators activities of the organization
  • Cooperation with aid beneficiaries, suppliers and contractors; quality control of services and goods
  • Organization of the procurement and logistics process
  • Planning of the payment schedule and control over its implementation
  • Collection, analysis and systematization of information regarding the organization's projects

  • Ensuring effective coordination between different units of the organization to achieve common goals
  • Identifying potential problems in processes and implementing solutions to solve them
  • Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key partners and suppliers
  • Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational processes

  • Knowledge of the basics of commodity accounting and nomenclature
  • Experience of working in the communitycom sector or participation in volunteer projects
  • Ability to work with software to automate document flow and optimize operational processes
  • Experience of working in a large or medium-sized organization with multi-level processes
  • Operational risk management skills
  • Experience with analytical tools to optimize processes
  • Ability to effectively motivate and coordinate team work
  • Change management skills to support the smooth operation of the organization
  • Experience in managing a team or coordinating the work of other departments will be a plus
  • Experience in conducting negotiations at a high level
