MD Fashion is a group of partner companies that manages a network of over 160 brand stores throughout Ukraine, Central Asia and Moldova, and represents international brands Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Diesel, Gant, G-Star Raw, Under Armour, Karl Lagerfeld, Walker, STEM, MD Fashion, MD Outlet) - announces a competition for the position of Operations Manager (e-com).

Basic requirements:

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Understanding the operational processes of the online store.

• Developed communication skills and experience of interaction with external partners.

• Confident PC user (Excel).

Functional Responsibilities:

• Organization of warehouses and stores within the scope of shipment of goods for E-commerce.

• Control of shipment, quality and speed of shipment of goods.

• Organization of supply of consumables.

• Ensuring fulfillment of company standards (KPI) by warehouses, stores and partners.

• Coordination of work of all participants in logistics processes.

• Interaction with partners to resolve operational and current issues.

• Processing customer service requests regarding the quality of shipped goods.

• Management of a motivation system for store employees regarding direct shipments.

• Preparation of reports on performance indicators of the operational component online store.
