Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the Center through management of internal processes (document flow, logistics, communications).
Providing the team with the necessary resources, including office space, technical equipment, etc.
Creating a comfortable and productive working environment for the team.
Planning, organization and support of internal and external events (conferences, workshops, round tables).
Ensuring the comfort of participants and the successful implementation of events.
Management of documentation and reporting related to the activities of the Center.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the principles of internal administration and organization of processes.
Experience in coordinating the work of teams and organizing events.
Confident command of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and modern task planning systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a large number of tasks simultaneously.
Understanding document management, including basic legal and administrative support.
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (level B1-B2+).
Knowledge of the specifics of work in the public or innovative sectors will be an advantage.
Higher education in management, administration or related areas.
At least 3 years in a similar position (operational management, administrative support). Experience in the public or innovative sectors will be an advantage.
