YOUR TASKS WILL BE: Manage the regional managers of the region Control the operational status of the region's stores Manage trade and non-trade processes in the region's stores Execute the sales plan, take measures for its growth Analyze the performance indicators of the stores Improve the standards of the network (showcase design, customer service, maintaining cash discipline, checklists, work schedule rules, etc.)Responsible for the staffing of store staffResponsible for the level of satisfaction of customers of the network and staffTraining staff WE PREFER CANDIDATES WITH:Experience as a manager of a region / group of stores from 3 years in food retail (preferred)Knowledge of the operating model of a retail networkKnowledge of operational processes of store managementKnowledge of evaluation criteria the efficiency of the retail network and the peculiarities of their calculationKnowledge of the assortment of food retail, gastronomy and meat will be an advantageKnowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade.
