Operations Manager in Odd Systems

Odd Systems is a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who create modern technological solutions for the Ukrainian army. We make FPV drones, thermal imaging cameras, communication stations and other components and electronics that are massively in demand by the defense forces.

We are growing and looking to join our Operations team Manager, who will become a key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and all operational and administrative processes of the company.

Main areas of work:

• Managing the office and ensuring its vital activities: purchasing equipment, furniture and other necessary resources, setting up the work of service personnel or companies;
• responsibility for relations with contractors and suppliers: from finding new to prompt resolution of current issues;
• procurement and processing of invoices, customs reporting;
• processing of contracts and legal documents;
• cooperation with an accounting outsourcing company;
• communication with developers of accounting software;
• participation in the launch of new offices in accordance with the needs of the company.

< strong>Necessary skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager/Administrator;
• experience working with contracts, procurement;
• structural approach to processes and high organization;
• ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
• striving for improvement, proactivity;
• general understanding of miltech , interest in this area.

• experience of participating in automation of accounting and document management processes;
• experience of keeping records of conscripted company employees;
• level of English language B2+.
