Operations manager in beezhu, Klining-servis

Beezh Cleaning Service is a company that works in the B2C and B2B segments: we clean apartments, offices, factories and logistics centers. We don't have "somehow it works", but contracts, standards and clear economics of each facility (yes, we even count gloves).

We're growing faster than we can drink coffee between facilities, so we're looking for an operations manager to get the system in order, put processes on track, and help scale the business.

Role in to the team:

This is a key management position responsible for the company's operational efficiency, stability of order fulfillment and systematic scaling of the business.

You will work directly with the owner of the company and be responsible for transforming strategic decisions into clear operational processes, KPIs and measurable result.

 What will need to be done:

• Full control of the implementation of objects
• Management and coordination of the work of the company's divisions
• Optimization of operational processes
• Control of the margin, payroll, company expenses
• Introduction of new services, company services and development of existing

 Our candidate is a person who:

• Has experience in management positions from 1 year
• Ideally (but not necessarily) has experience in cleaning/ outsourcing/ service companies
• Has experience managing a team of 20+ people
• Understands basic economic and accounting processes
• Is systematic, structural and demanding of himself and others
