In connection with the expansion, we are looking for - Operations manager (she) from auto.

Your main tasks:

• Managing the daily operational activities of the region's stores
• Improving and optimizing business processes
• Analyzing operational indicators and helping teams achieve them
• Ensuring quality standards, safety and compliance with internal regulations
• Interaction with the Operations Director and other top managers regarding the development strategy
• Risk management and prompt resolution of problem situations
• Employee motivation, management of recruitment and personnel development

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in managerial positions in retail (preferred - food)
• Strong process and system skills thinking
• Financial literacy
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Proactivity, analytical and communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team
