Operations manager in AI Club Ukraine

AI Club Ukraine is a community of like-minded people who implement AI in their daily life to increase their own income.

Our mission is to help entrepreneurs and self-employed people build a stable and profitable business by implementing AI in their daily life at the best price.

And to realize this ambitious plan, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will provide system work club: from organizing events to content creation and community development.

This is an opportunity to:

• Build the operating system of the AI community from scratch.
• Communicate with AI entrepreneurs and experts every day.
• Create content that helps businesses implement AI.
• Develop the AI Tools Library — a knowledge base for the entire community.
• Organize events that change the way entrepreneurs think.
• Be the operational core of the team and grow with the club.

Your tasks: Search for experts and organize events

• Find AI entrepreneurs and experts for online/offline meetings.
• Make initial contacts, schedule calls and maintain a database speakers.
• Organize events from A to Z: preparation, announcements, technical check, post-materials.
• Collect feedback and improve the experience of participants.

Development of AI Tools Library

• Search for short reviews and tutorials on AI tools.
• Create descriptions: functionality, key features, use-cases, for whom it is suitable.
• Structure the library by tags (marketing, sales, HR, operations, analytics).
• Maintain weekly updates according to the plan.

Content and communications

• Maintain a Telegram channel and chat: publications, moderation, navigation.
• Create 2 publications per week (interviews, cases, announcements, summaries, useful selections).
• Maintain the culture of the community and order in the chat.

System work

• Work according to regulations - no task without a deadline and responsible.
• Use standardized templates for all processes.
• Maintain CRM and monitor the status of all tasks.

We are looking for not just a coordinator, but a person who thinks in processes, understands the logic of building a community and feels the drive from organizing chaos into a system.

Your portrait:

• Systematic and responsible are your strengths;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Ability to work with many tasks at the same time;
• Comfortable communication with speakers and the community;
• Interest in the topic of AI in business;
• Experience in operational management or project coordination is a plus, but not necessary.

• Remote format of work with a flexible schedule (approximately 10:00–19:00);
• Participation in evening events if necessary - live communication with the community;
• Payment of salary up to 10 numbers every month;
