We are looking for an Operations Manager who will help structure and optimize processes between departments, ensure KPI achievement and take responsibility part of operating rooms tasks.

Your tasks:

- Plan , coordinate and control tasks between departments.

- Standardize processes between departments (implementation of SOPs).

- Eliminate barriers to task performance related to resources or communication.

- Implement automation of routine tasks (reports, metrics monitoring).

- Hold regular meetings to synchronize teams (stand-ups, retrospectives).

p>- Prepare analytical reports for the CEO.

- Monitor the implementation of key metrics: ROI, CR, deadlines tasks.

Necessary professional experience, skills and personal qualities:

- From 3 years of experience in operational management or project management.

- Deep understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Experience in process analysis and optimization (creation of SOPs, automation).

- Skills in working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

- Experience in task- managers (ClickUp, Jira, Trello).

- Ability to work with metrics: ROI, CR, speed of task completion.

- Analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making.

- Organized, stress-resistant and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate effectively.
