Operations manager in Konsol Studio

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the company's daily operational processes.
• Ensuring optimal interaction between departments (development, marketing, sales).
• Control over project execution, resource management and deadlines.
• Implementation of new tools and processes to improve work efficiency.
• Analysis and improvement of business processes, development of strategies for the growth of the company.
• Management of the operating department budget and cost optimization.
• Support and development of corporate culture.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an operations manager or similar role.
• Work experience in an IT or technology company would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and resources.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum will be a plus).
• Analytical approach and ability to solve problems.
• Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
