Your responsibilities:
Management hotel services: reception and accommodation of guests (Reception), housekeeping and technical service.Operational work: coordination of the hotel's daily activities, solving current issues, ensuring smooth operation of all services.
Reporting: regular preparation of operational reports for management, monitoring of compliance with quality standards.
Ensuring a high level of service and comfort for guests.
Cooperation with various hotel departments to achieve effective teamwork.
What is important to us:
Fluency in English (we welcome guests from all over the world)
Ability to manage people and organize processes
Responsibility, attention to detail and a desire to achieve results
