Operations manager in Allure

Allure Beauty company is a distributor of aesthetic medicine and professional cosmetics products in Ukraine, the EU and the Balkan countries. We work mainly in the B2B market and offer the sale of professional cosmetics, cosmetology devices, as well as training of aesthetic medicine specialists. The company is the official and exclusive distributor of American pharmacopoeial cosmetics Vivant SkinCare, Israeli NOON Aesthetics and Biofor, and Irish Aesthetic Experts Labs in Ukraine.

The company's mission is to provide dermatologists and cosmetologists with access to the best professional products from around the world. The company has been operating in Ukraine since 2007, and is expanding its operations to the rest of Europe from 2021.

In connection with the growth of the company, we are looking for an operations manager in Kyiv.

Job responsibilities

1. Operational coordination of business processes;

2. Control of implementation of assigned tasks, including involving other departments;

3. Optimization and automation of internal processes, identification of opportunities for operational improvements;

4. Coordination of measures to automate, implement, support and improve systems and business processes;

5. Establishment and control of communication between departments: planning, initiation, allocation of tasks with clear deadlines (together with the company's SOO);

6. Education and support of employees in the use of the company's internal systems and processes;

7. Managing external contractors, organizing work and providing services (translators, designers, video editors, etc.);

8. Maintenance of document flow according to needscompanies, creating instructions;

9. Office space support (purchasing, organization of cleaning, etc.);

10. Activity control composition;

11. Preparation for events in which the company participates or organizes;

12. Decomposition, setting and control of tasks using management tools tasks;

13. Performing the director's orders at the request of the business.

Requirements for the candidate

1. A confident user of MS Office, Google tools, 1C and CRM;

2. High level of organizational skills. Speed ​​and independence in decision-making;

3. High communication skills: ability to find compromises with interested parties, obtain and clarify all necessary information, clarify uncertainties;

4. Skills of prescribing, optimizing and automating business processes;

5. Ability to process information and systematize it;

6. Knowledge of services and tools for team collaboration.

Experience

1. Work experience in a similar position / project manager / project coordinator from 2 years (experience working with cosmetics will be an advantage);

2. Availability of successful experience in organizing business processes at the request of the company;

3. Experience in project management and operational processes;

4. Experience in implementing any CRM, CMS;

5. E-commerce experience.

1. Hybrid work format: office in Kyiv from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday - weekend, partial work from home is possible;

2. Total income: rate (discussed at the interview and depends on the professional level of the candidate);
