• have experience working in management positions in the field of media, television business or related fields (minimum 5 years); 
• have a specialized higher education (management, economics) and knowledge of modern management tools;
• know how to organize and have organized effective operational activities;
• have knowledge in the field of finance, in particular in budgeting, control of production costs and the formation of the budget of the program network;
• successfully managed projects, including planning, coordination and implementation of multi-component tasks in compliance with deadlines and efficient use of resources;
• have leadership skills for managing teams, organizing cooperation between departments and solving strategic tasks;
• able to analyze and make decisions, able to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and implement improvements.< /li>

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• planning, organization and coordination of the operational activities of the channel; 
• controlling the production budgets of the projects and their compliance with the tasks;
• you will participate in the planning of projects of your own production.
