Operational director of the production company (Chief Operation Officer)

Tasks of the position< /p>

1. Conducting an analysis of the existing operational business processes of the company and identification of risks and "bottlenecks" in terms of business support functions
2. Formation of the company's operational policy on the basis of the approved enterprise development strategy
3. Planning and management of business processes with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing costs
4. Participation in the formation of the company's development strategy
5. Organization and coordination of the process and work of authorized company departments, team management, analysis of personnel loading, determination of needs and motivation of employees
6. Implementation of new technologies and innovations
7. Development of the operating budget and control of its implementation, monitoring of financial indicators/KPI

Requirements: 

1. Education in the field of jurisprudence/management/economics
2. Experience of working as a social worker in the field of food production, production of technological equipment
3. Formalization and standardization of business processes, their introduction into company standards
4. Experience in implementing operational processes for manufacturing companies
