Operations Director (Regional)

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience of working as an operational / regional director in a large company with a branch regional structure;
• Experience of personnel management of manufacturing or retail enterprises or enterprises in the service sector with 100 employees or more;
• li>
• Experience in building and implementing business processes, systematization of operational activities;
• Business orientation, diplomacy, self-organization, leadership; Ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• Must have personal car, reliable driving experience;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine 30% of the time, Availability of a car is desirable;
• High level of organizational and communication skills.

Main duties:

• Operational management of business processes related to the provision of Cleaning services in the Company (Regional structure, 6 branches in Ukraine).
• Prescription and implementation of business processes in related to operational activities;
• Communication with VIP-Customers, maintenance of partnership relations;
• Organization and control of work at serviced facilities;
• Department budgeting, control of the implementation of budgets according to Estimates;
• Quality control of work execution according to service contracts;
• Team formation, etc.
