Operations Director (opening of restaurants) in SHURSHU

Klara Group is one of the largest restaurant groups in Ukraine.

The key role is to launch and expand the Klara Group's network: up to6 working establishments within 12 months.

Main duties

• full support for the opening of establishments in Warsaw: from preparation to launch.

• interaction with substations.

• organization and control of establishments.
myself and team management (managers, staff).

• implementation of service standards, processes and financial discipline.

• control of non-standard and crisis situations.

• regular communication with the head office.

Candidate requirements

• experience style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">catering or retail.

• practical experience of launching new points / establishments from 0, which successfully function.

• strong management and organizational skills.

• ability to make decisions independently and be responsible for the result.
