Operations director of a private language school in Noviy Shlyah

The school is actively developing, launching new areas and products, but growth requires systematic operational management.

We are looking for an Operational Director who will remove the owner from manual management and ensure the harmonious, transparent and profitable work of all processes.

Main tasks

Operational management of the school

• Organization of daily work of the school: administrators, teachers, schedule, filling of groups.

• Control of service quality and rules of interaction with parents and students.

• Implementation and observance of school work standards.

Development and growth

• Search and launch of new directions and products (courses, intensives, speaking clubs, special programs).

• Calculation of new projects: income / expenses / profit.

• Filling the schedule with new directions and formats.

• Development of corporate training and online 1-1 classes.

• Increasing the average check, LTV, loyalty programs.

Finances and analytics

• Control of financial plan execution (month).

• Plan-fact analysis, basic management analytics.

• Tracking the effectiveness of directions and products.

Team

• Search and attraction of new teachers (base calls, interviews).

• Building a system of motivation, KPI and incentives for teachers.

• Monitoring the execution of tasks by the team.

Marketing and partnerships

• Search for new channels of engagement clients.

• Creation of collaborations and partnership projects.

• Organization of events for adult students.

Requirements

• Operational or management experience (education / service / business).

• Ability to work with numbers.

• Orientation on the result, not on the process for the sake of the process.

• Initiative and ability not just to come up with ideas, but to implement them.
