We are currently looking for aOperator directorJobHunt, who will be able to effectively deal with the company's operating system and optimize internal processes. Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the agency's operational strategy to achieve goals.

• Management all internal processes of the company: recruiting, personnel selection, interaction with customers and team management.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of agents and departments, setting KPIs and monitoring their implementation.

• Optimization of business processes, implementation of new technologies and tools.

• Development of new areas of company development.

Requirements:

• Strategic planning and team management skills.

• High level of communication and organizational skills.

• The ability to make complex decisions and take for them responsibility.

• Flexibility and quick adaptation to new conditions.

• Stress resistance and ability to multitask effectively.
