What should be done?

• ensure the efficient operation of all divisions: equipment repair, installation, logistics, procurement and customer service
• conducting an analysis of the company's existing operational business processes and identifying risks and "bottlenecks » in the section of business support functions
• formation of the company's operational policy on the basis of the approved enterprise development strategy: description, optimization and automation of business processes;
• planning and management of business processes with the aim of increasing productivity and cost reduction;
• development and implementation of KPI units, control of indicators, participation in the formation of the company's development strategy;
• budgeting of units, control of compliance with budgets
• communication with VIP- clients, maintenance of partnership relations;
• organization and quality control of work at serviced facilities
