What should be done?
- ensure the efficient operation of all divisions: equipment repair, installation, logistics, procurement and customer service
- conducting an analysis of the company's existing operational business processes and identifying risks and "bottlenecks » in the section of business support functions
- formation of the company's operational policy on the basis of the approved enterprise development strategy: description, optimization and automation of business processes;
- planning and management of business processes with the aim of increasing productivity and cost reduction;
- development and implementation of KPI units, control of indicators, participation in the formation of the company's development strategy;
- budgeting of units, control of compliance with budgets
- communication with VIP- clients, maintenance of partnership relations;
- organization and quality control of work at serviced facilities
What we expect ?
- higher education in the field of economics/management, etc.;
- financial and economic literacy;
- excellent analytical, communicative, managerial skills and leadership skills;
- high level of responsibility, organization, initiative
- ability to work in multitasking conditions and stress resistance;
- work experience in IT, engineering companies, personnel management from 30 employees;
- experience in management positions from 3 years:
- experience in implementing operational processes;
