What we offer:
- Fixed rate 60,000 - 80,000 UAH + bonuses based on work results. Average income after several months of work - 80,000 - 100,000 UAH, and with a stable result - 100,000 - 120,000 UAH+;
- Format of work: Office in Lviv, full time. This is a role where presence in the processes and the team is important, because you manage operational activities clinics;

We will not consider the candidate without:
- Experience in managing a team of 10 people in the field of service, beauty or medicine;
- Experience in a managerial role (operations manager / head / CEO-level of process management);
- Experience in the implementation of CRM, analytics and operational processes.
Areas of responsibility:
- Organization of the daily work of the clinic: schedules, loading, quality processes;
- Team management: administrators, beauticians, technical staff;
- Control of customer serviceand communication standards;
- Analysis of key indicators: customers, revenue, conversions, efficiency work;
- Optimization ofprocesses,CRM, scripts, financial and operational indicators.
