Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a clear company development strategy ;
• Successfully manage operational referral processes in the company;
• Manage store directors;
• Control the operational status of stores;
• Manage sales and not trading processes in stores;
• Responsible for the staffing of stores;
• Responsible for the level of satisfaction of chain customers and staff.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Highly developed organizational, communication and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of the operating model of a retail network;
• Knowledge of the operational processes of store management;
• Knowledge of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the retail network and the peculiarities of their calculation;
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of operational activity management.
