Operations Director in Marijany Hemp Company

Functional duties of the Plant Director:

1. Preliminary planning of production processes and preparation of production in cooperation with the Head of "Facilities Development". Acceptance of premises and equipment into operation.
2. Current operational management of production and production service processes
3. Structured, detailed and justified planning and budgeting, approval of indicators at the level of the Holding's management, proof of plans and key indicators efficiency to the heads of subordinate units, tracking the implementation of planned indicators, providing management with regular and periodic reporting on the results of the "Production Management" activity in a specified format and sections
4. Organization and management of a complex of operational production processes and production maintenance, including with:

• General operational scheme of work on the territory of the plant
• Technological regulations and maps, material balance, operational and job instructions, rationing, logistical and organizational support for all areas of production and production maintenance
• Organization of systematic ongoing control of all operational processes and quality control at all areas of the operational cycle of production and service processes< /li>
• Organization of sanitary and household conditions (garbage removal, organization of food, organization of transportation of employees), conditions of labor safety and fire safety: with a differentiated and structured assessment of risks, methods of avoiding risks, material and technical support for avoiding risks, current systematic control, documentation and regulatory reporting
• Participation in personnel selection, training and upgrading of personnel qualifications
• Management and organization of inventory accounting (raw materials, finished products, consumables, fuel and lubricants materials, etc.), optimization of warehouse stocks
• Managing the operation of the truck fleet on the territory of production and on the territory of the enterprise as a whole.
• Organization of logistics, transport and human flows on the territory of the enterprise
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the main target KPIs (quality, productivity, energy efficiency, deadlines, cost and other financial indicators), environmental impact indicators
• Development and implementation of ISO standards

Development and implementation of emergency response plans

1. Organization and management of the necessary financial and administrative resource of the enterprise, provision of regulatory and corporate reporting
2. Effective interaction with the functional structures of the Holding (top management, finance, legal service, personnel service etc.)
3. Interaction with local self-government bodies, and regulatory bodies within the limits of their responsibility under the legislation of Ukraine and separate powers delegated by the management of the Holding
4. Participation in the commissioning of factory facilities
5. Development of a system of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the general engineering infrastructure plant and technological equipment; logistical and organizational support of this system, ensuring efficient work and economical operation
6. Providing the plant infrastructure necessary for functioning and operational activity

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• Higher technical, agrarian or economic education.
• Practical, many years of experience in the position of plant director, deputy plant director, chief production engineer, operations director.
• Practical experience in managing production objects
• Practical experience of managing large teams.
• Confirmed results of activity efficiency.
• Proficiency in business English and Ukrainian languages.
• Drivers category B license, own car (compensation provided).
• Willingness to relocate, at least to Zhytomyr
• Personal qualities: responsibility, professionalism, sociability, positive approach to work and the team, the ability to think comprehensively but not lose control over important details, resistance to stress, optimism
