Requirements: positioning establishments according to concepts through training and standards; experience in organizing the smooth and stable operation of establishments; experience in operational management in in the field of restaurant business from 2 years; has experience in personnel management: search, selection, adaptation, motivation, control of employees, etc.; has planning skills: budgeting; confident PC users: knowledge of iiko (айко) Syrve is welcome; creative and result-oriented; is interested in modern trends in the restaurant business and implements them in life; analytical thinking; maintaining a high reputation of the network; high level of organizational skills, result orientation; able to work in conditions of multitasking and intensity; responsible, proactive and proactive.
