YOUR TASKS: Achieving target financial indicators by accountable profit centers (turnover, growth dynamics, net profit, margin)Regular and timely controlling of key indicators, effective influence on them in order to achieve the company's financial plans. The presence of an effective organizational structure in the company, understandable for all company employees. High efficiency of the company's sales department using the system of key indicators and systematic work on increasing indicators. The presence of key business -processes that allow to achieve the efficiency of implementation of operational tasks High-quality regular management of the achievement of strategic goals High level of management skills of accountable managers Continuous and systematic development of the accountable team, which is expressed in the growth of indicators MUST HAVE: Successful experience (4 years+) in a similar position or positions CEO, CRO, CPO.Experience in leading and building teams, scaling and improving operations.Ability to identify business value, prioritize the most effective initiatives and delegate them appropriately.The level of English is above average (B2+). OUR OFFER: Salary $2,000 at the NBU exchange rate. Which consists of a fixed rate of UAH 50,000 + UAH 20,000 for the completed KPI + a bonus part based on the results of the month.
